yeah.... focus on big bulking bro, thats a good base to pack some size on before cutting even enters your mind........... too many guys get to your shape then start with all this cutting malarkey...... then in a few years time they wonder why they are no bigger?.

BIG lumps of clay always make the best sculptures bro........................ keep grinding for size +3

anyone i ever coached or had as a training partner/s....... had to go through the obligatory 2yrs bulking session............ i never had anyone leave me at less than 230/235 + pounds..... some of the guys that went on to be really successful are monsters following this type of protocol.............. too many people these days forget the BUILD part of BodyBUILDING............. lol

you have a great foundation there to achieve anything you want................. Good luck Smile
