+ 10 I Stopped Working Out for 6 Months

Due to personal reasons and going through some stuff, I stopped working out for almost 6 months straight. Lost a lot of the gains that I developed (and is also the reason I stopped posting here for such a long time), but I'm back, trying to get back in the gym, have started working out since 2 months ago again.

Currently trying to rebuild a solid foundation before I start using gear. Probably work out for another 4-6 months at least before I even try.

This is the current foundation that I have. If I do start using gear again, I'll come back and post progress/update/before & after pics.

Currently 5'5" 130lbs, I'd estimate 22% body fat. You can see in the bikini pictures I have no abs or anything, so yeah.

What do people recommend I run if I try juice again? I've read a lot about EQ being pretty good for women. Considering EQ or SARMs or Var maybe.

PLEASE NOTE: I bought from Performance Formulations a LONG time ago, over 2 years ago, long before that scamming fiasco came out with them. I've been natty since then, so I was not able to put in another source.

Still have great triceps and calfs better calfs than most guys at my gym Smile now get back in that gym and kill it nothing. More attractive than a strong woman

You should talk to my wife. Was a bikini competitor and is now a physique competitor. She's in my friends list. If you need any help reaching your goals, need tips, have questions etc etc shoot us a pm.

Research the compounds. Bloods are important pre , during and after. Keep an eye on red bloodcell count , donate blood etc etc. Needs to be ran a long time.

I honestly don't think you need anything but a year of dedicated diet, training and cardio. Than cross the gear bridge when it comes to it...... Cycle once your back In shape, don't cycle to get in shape.

What are your goals? Holy shit, she was natural then?? I remember seeing her 160lb pictures and being really impressed by it, damn she got REALLY lean during competition time.

She was natural all through her bikini days, the most she used was a fat burner from the supp store and vitamin c with dandelion root. Pure dedication , diet and hard work got her there.

To get up to 150 it was a calorie surplus, 2 small anavar cycles and a small test prop cycle once she hit 150s.

I m not discounting your experience but it helps to know why when you make statements like that. I m glad she can use primo I know women who have lost hair in massive clumps from running it.. Everyone is different and responds differently it is hard to make generalizations to cover everyone.

That is why I'm always up peoples ass to research compounds before they use them. Not take something because you only heard the positive or because someone told you to go head and do it. Everyone has a different positive reaction to a drug and along with a different positive reaction they more often than not have different negative reactions also. Hopefully she's doing better now tho. Men and women should always know exactly what they are playing with and know that some side effects can be pretty horrible some wreck havoc internally others on the exterior , some reversible some not.

I suggest really working on your base and getting your diet square before you cycle again... diet is going to be the key thing with proper training focused on what your goals are will be what makes your cyle sucessful AND will also be key indicators of whether or not you keep what you gained.

Well luckily my diet has always been pretty clean. I always make my foods from scratch, although I could focus a lot more on my macro's. My body isn't bad considering I only bother counting protein, while it's pretty much a free-for-all with how many grams of oil or carbs I eat each day.

How do you recommend you change your diet in order to keep what you gain on cycle?

You can't stop eating or reduce calories because you came off cycle. You have to eat to maintain the muscle that you put on, plus if you are still training you are still having growth however minor it might be. To reduce calories and or jump off the "diet" is death to the mass that you have gained.

most of my cycles include EQ as a base it didn't give my cystic acne ... I ve run everything with the exception of tren .. I have cycles with really bad acne and cycles with very little to no acne...

Well, I ve been here for almost 5 years ... as a user, as a mod, and now a source. I have encouraged people to be natty for as long as they possibly can. I have discouraged people from using when all they need is food. I have steered young guys and some old guys away from using tren and other products that I SELL because it isn't in their best interests. I have helped countless people who do not patronize my shop. I have NEVER pushed that I am a source to anyone nor have I withheld information because they purchased from another source. Are you saying that my knowledge and information should be kept silent and under wraps??? Maybe I should withdraw my participation from the community which is pretty much what you are implying. I challenge you to find anything anywhere where I have acted in my own best interests rather than the interests of the user. Have a great and wonderful day S. Shoot I have those now already, on absolutely no steroids. LOL. I do have several months' worth of Solodyn in stock for occasions where the acne may get worse however.

You still got a good base of muscle. I'd go for 2-3 lbs a month naturally for the next 4-6 months, get your lifts up. THEN rip off the excess while running some var to maintain gains and finish with winny. Should have some nice size while polished when it's all said and done. Good luck +2

You need to tell us what your goals are? What weight do you want to be at with what amount of bf that would be acceptable to you. Are you looking to compete eventually of just look good on the beach?

You know, I don't really have any plans to compete or anything. I'm nowhere close to that. Ideally. I would like to keep gaining more and more muscle and keep getting bigger. But at the same time dropping down to 15% body fat at first at least.

I'd love to be like 10% body fat but let's get to 15% first lol.
