Cable flys have got to be the best exercise for isolation and contraction. I love having pics snapped all through the range of motion and reviewing which portion is hitting what part of the muscle the hardest. Its such a versatile exercise. A slight change in arm height or elbow angle and you attack a different part of the muscle.
Oh yeah, Do my pecs look big in this shirt? LOL ;-P

The holes are from when I used to wear a weight belt with the double hooks. I see them sometimes on Ebay, but for $20-30!
Ybacks with the slightly thicker straps I get at http://www.physiquebodywareusa.com/ Check the Clearance rack for great deals. I have never found anything wrong with ones I bought on clearance!
