Let me preface this by saying this is a re-ship from what Karl says, but I did not receive a seizure letter and this is the 2nd consecutive order this has happened. Once I notified him I had not received my first order, the email response sounded more as though it was a forgotten order rather than a seizure. He reshipped that order DOM and I received it 3 days later. This one was apparently the same sting operation "Panegra"that was responsible for my last seizure, however this time after already waiting a month, it was reshipped INTL...that's fine, just confused as to why it differed from last time. My main problem is te lack of care and effort put into this order. The 2 vials and 1 bag were in a very thinly lined bubble envelope and just placed in there free to roll around. Once I grabbed the envelope you could easily distinguish what was in there unlike 100% of all other packages I receive. Secondly, the Proviron had no label what so ever and my 5 yr old daughter could have placed the labels on the vial straighter and with more care than the ones pictured. I am so sick of their rude and abrasive responses to their emails, be it a cultural difference or not. There are a number of different labs who have shown to be in the same league and apparently well beyond the current state of Sciroxx. If you do not have the time or consideration to take more care with my order then I have no desire to give you my hard earned money. This is my last order with Sciroxx and I would encourage others to spend you hard earned cash with a lab that truly appreciates your business and knows what customer svc is all about.
