same her bro! had to lower dose on weekdays to 2 ui ed cause of the aching pains in my hands. I work construction and the pain and weakness in my hand were to0 much. I run 3-4 ui ed on the weekends
yea its bad, i do 5 days on and 2 off. im going to try and hold the heat to it at 5iu tho
