+ 1 Humatrope GH blood test

ad

Baseline vs 27 days on 3IU daily directly before bed (SubQ arnd lower torso). both tests were taken at approx same time of day (just after midday). IGF1 approx 220 >474 ng/ml for american units.
completely natty before this (tried 1 vial of bpc157 before for same injury - didnt help). age 21. baseline: 18/9/21. GH:18/4/22
I feel as we should change to doing blood tests like this in the future as the current 10IU, 3hrs before the test is just unrealistic, id rather like to see what my levels are on the protocol im using for months and if it is worth it. yes you may get a good number if u inj 10IU just before but you may be getting mediocre results with what u actually inj everyday but you wont know since u tested with the 10iu megadose.

I have felt absolutely no sides/effects at all so far (sleep still terrible, no hunger changes, no tingly hands, no inc recovery, no fat burning, literally nothing)
I am using for injury recovery/healing. If anyone has any insights/tips/informative comments please comment below.

The 10iu 3-4hrs before test is to test for GH levels. The protocol for IGF is to be on your normal daily dose for 3wks and then get tested. The testing for GH levels has kind of gone the way of the dinosaur since even peps can boost GH levels but won't boost IGF. So testing for IGF is actually the preferred method of testing and a more reliable indicator of the quality of the HGH you are using. What you are using appears to be high quality. Great score for only 3iu.

HGH takes quite a while like Makwa said, I definitely saw fat loss my first month, but other than that I didn't notice a whole lot. When I hit month 3 I noticed my nails were growing faster, so was my hair, my skin looked much better, I started to look younger in the mirror. I sleep like a baby every night and recover so much faster. I am coming up 8 months now and I love it. I plan to run for a year total. Personally as I mentioned below you should run tb500 and bpc157. I do not recommend HGH for someone who is 21, especially if only using it for an injury.

The positives of HGH are "creepers" they take many months to really be noticed. the results don't hit you in the face like AAS.
Long term investment with HGH. It is doing its job as evidenced in the bloodwork.

Peptides would've suited better for you and 1 vial of BPC157 would not have worked, you did not follow a successful protocol. I ran BPC157 along with TB500 after surgery to my SC joint, I also had a Shoulder strain and was healed within 5 weeks. You are only 21 so I don't recommend HGH, when I was that age I never got injured!
