Keep up the good work. The veins will come. Diet and cardio. Little salt intake helps. But stay enough hydrated. Shit before you know it you will be tired of people staring at your veins on your arms. Didn't mean to come off dicky on my first reply. Just do you and mega veins will come

I've been vascular since I was a kid. Genetics plays a big role and of course body fat%. But genetics for sure. I'm vascular especially in my arms year round
johnny1024diet is most important for being vascular. Less bodyfat= more visable veins. Id say the second most important thing is train with high reps...like 20 to 30 rep sets along with regular heavier weight rep ranges..increase bloodflow thru high reps and eventually new capillarys will form( new veins). The third thing is make sure you are well hydrated and nourished with good clean food. With me im always the most vascular right before i go to bed. Seems like the longer i am awake and active the more vascular i become. Just my 2 cents...

Not a stupid question at all.. is it a stupid question to ask what's the best way to put on size or how about what rep range is best to stick in for strength? Didn't think so.

Diet, diet, diet! The lower the fat the more veins pop. Also, if you drop sodium for two weeks ands use potassium citrate it will get rid of the extra water bloat and veins pop out better! + 1

I did searching on this once. EQ kept coming up as a good oil for vascularity. Personally I have never used EQ. Plus I have know idea of that is true. Dbol makes the veins in my arms pop like he'll.
he is already using tren and asking about how to make veins pop. I don't think EQ or dbol is the answer
Hitithard69I've ran plenty of cycles with tren and just won't do it for me ...I think I'm going to revamp my diet because I've never been real strict on it...I thought about eq but from what I read u need to be on it quite a while start noticing anything right?
Drop your water to get tighter, then take in sodium and suger, pump up and there goes the veins popping. Holding your breath while flexing helps also. No need to add more drugs.
I agree. I personally would not add another compound to the existing cycle. He looks great like he is. I was just sharing my experience with dbol. I'm not sure about the EQ. Never tried it. I hear it works better over a long cycle tho.
Best way to get vascular is to drop body fat, the lower the body fat more vascular you will be
