ad

This is my change over a period of 5 years, i know many people will say its not much. But for someone like me who has to hold down 2 jobs and make time for gym and family, i think its a decent effort!

Looking very good! The only thing I would add is since time is a consideration do some cutting. I think it would enhance your overall physique and requires no extra time; just diet! + 1

You've made a lot of development over that 5 years! This a marathon. You are doing awesome and looking great! Hard dense muscle takes a long time to develop. Keep killing it bro you are on the right path.

Youve definitely packed on a lot of muscle. people dont get what real muscle is, gaining say 30lbs of pure dry muscle tissue over a few years people laugh at and say i gained 20lbs on my last 12 week bulk, not knowing that half was water and glycogen, the 5lbs was muscle and 5lbs was fat. But 30lbs over a few years is fucking awesome, (dont know how much you put on but it looks like alot). Muscle aint easy to build, its a slow process even on steroids.
