phil113kgMaybe 15 seconds on each side. It is very popular here to eat what we call steak tar tar which is raw horse meat ground up with a sauce and one whole raw egg in situated in the top center. Talk about pure protein and the energy that it gives your body. You know, you are what you eat.
I had raw horse in Japan. It was very good.
