phil113kgMan I am not sure. By the looks of it maybe just a hand full. Good for us who finished to the end and a greater chance of sharing the pot in a good way. No way, I can get harder, the photos I posted is the day after the show, after KFC, cokes, and a hand full of junk stuff. But I am back on course with today starting a low carb 3 day routine. That being done to avoid the rebound effect which started taking place and seen in these pics. I was harder yesterday and I will be even harder on the 14th of April.
Yeah it definately looks light, might be few in later in week and best of luck on 14th man im sure you will smash it!!
