Every 2 weeks I'm eating cheat meals but that's something like sweet chilli wraps plus chicken selects but I know it's not so good for me coz they slowing down my metabolism....
Right now I'm on 5500 kcal Monday to Friday...
No protein powders just no processed food it's all prepared by my fiancee. Good bless her for helping me with my daughters and dieting..
