+ 2 HGH for shoulder surgery recovery

ad

Thank you @teamroids for sending me 2 kits of ParaPharma Paratropin to try out. I had shoulder surgery 4 weeks ago and after surgery I started Ironlions puretropin grey tops @ 3iu dosed right before bed to help with the healing process. I upped the dose to 5iu after a week and started dosing first thing in the morning. Week 3 I upped the dose to 6iu and split the doses am/pm and stayed at that dose for the last 2 weeks. Today I switched to the Paratropin and I'm wondering if there would be any benefit to upping my dose for a while to help with healing from my surgery? I will be getting my IGF1 tested after I've been on the Paratropin long enough and I will be leaving a thorough and honest review and will post my IGF1 results.

What kind of surgery did you have bud - was it rotator cuff/tendon reattachment?

Hey press, yes I had a rotator cuff repair, bicep tendon repair, subacromial decompression where they shaved off the end of my collar bone and removed the arthritis from my AC joint and shaved off part of my shoulder bone because I had an impingement that caused the rotator cuff and bicep tendon to tear. I'm pretty sure I was born with the impingement but most of the other damage was from years of professional cage fighting when I was in my 20s about 10 years ago.

Brother my wife had the same surgery. Her initial injury was in 2011, 2nd surgery 2 years later. Here we are in 2024 and she’s 9 months removed from surgery #3. I hope your recovery goes better than hers. She currently gets pain injections every 3 months and is undergoing more visits/testing to see what is next.

Dang brother I'm really sorry to hear about your wife. I hope the doctors figure something out for her. My first injury to my shoulder was over 10 years ago when I was in my 20s. I fought John Moraga in a professional cage fight right before he got signed with the UFC. We fought for 3 five minute rounds and I lost on a decision. I tore my ACL in my right knee and my rotator cuff in my right shoulder in the first round. Had to get my ACL replaced shortly after the fight and the surgeon suggested we repair the rotator cuff at the same time but I opted out of the shoulder surgery because I didn't want to heal from 2 surgeries at once. So now 10 years later I finally got the shoulder surgery done after over 10 more years of damage and arthritis build up. I'm just over 4 weeks into recovery and have almost full range of motion and the pain is very minimal. My physical therapist and my surgeon are both surprised at how quickly I'm recovering.

Blimey so quite a lot of surgery then mate!! Wouldn't it have been easier to just tell them to attach a Full Robocop arm! LMAO I am sure HGH will help move things along a little, are you doing the other healing peptides too like TB500 and BPC157? Collagen Peptides and 1 gram Vit C tabs will help build the tendons back up too, creatine can help too if its something you use.

Thanks for the recommendations press! I went and picked up some 1000mg vitamin C packets, collagen peptides and creatine this morning and started taking it. I will look into TB500 and BPC157 as well.

Nice one buddy!! Take the Vit C tablets every day without fail as they increase the bodies production of its own collagen, then with the Collagen peps take 20 grams everyday. I take 20 to 30 grams every day to try and help my shoulder tendons, its pretty easy to do mixing it in with protein shakes etc. John Haack takes 30 grams every day as a reference so if he does it then so should you!! Lmao Definitely look into the Peptides as you may find these the most beneficial of all the things, look in the pictures area on the homepage and you will see where guys are buying these from currently. There is not necessarily one thing that I can say works better than the other - BUT if you make sure you are taking all of it then you have all your bases covered is the way I look at it. Tendon and RTC health is everything, if they are fucked then you can't lift anything end of story.

Yeah I asked for the robocop arm but the price was out of my price range, lol. I've never tried any of the other healing peptides. I've had some really good success using HGH in the past for other things. I'm not currently using any of the things you've listed but I'm willing to try anything that helps progressively move my recovery in the right direction.
