+ 3 Help with stretch marks!
ad
So as you can see I look like I got mauled by a tiger in my armpits and on my lats too. Any advice guys? Looked it up and I'm using a cocoa butter cream for pregnant ladies already haha but it's not doing anything. Just have to suck it up? Anyone got anything that worked for them?

i have them as bad if not worse man. i tried just about everything...including the pregnant lady cocoa butter. Nothing can make them go away. however, i finally found simple fish oils and saltwater with some natural sunlight helps kinda hide them. by saltwater, i mean either ocean water or taking epsom salt baths. staying hydrated really helps too....
stretch marks are due to fast growth and lack of hydration.. the skin contains a lot of water, so it needs to stay as well hydrated as possible
After about a year they lose that pink colour and if your skin is not tanned they're pretty much invisible. I got a few on biceps from newb gains some years ago. This is part of why I was asking about collagen depletion.
Welcome to the club
Thats the red badge of courage right there. You don't get them if you don't train hard +1 for the effort required to get them
Just genetics bro some guys get them some dont nothing you can do over time they will fade some.. just embrace them like a badge of honor for all the hard work your putting in
There is def something you can do bout that
1. MicroNeedling works well with acne scars and stretch marks

Here are just a fee you can find many many many studies and testimonials about this good luck bro just be patient itll take time
Ok now this is interesting for sure I never came across anything like this anywhere I looked. I'll be sure and research this more I appreciate it
I have them for 10 years during puberty I grew up in height so fast within a short time. They are all around my biceps, shoulders, chest, obliques, and thighs. I was really frustrated when I was 14 and since that time I have been using everything that I have been suggested to use by dermatologists and searching on the net. I couldn't find anything to even lessen their appearance. I have bought expensive creams and they are all scams! I learnt that stretch marks cannot be treated by any topical and some topicals that people suggest only treats the rough outer surface of the skin caused by the stretch marks. Don't waste your money on expensive creams. The only thing I haven't tried yet is laser treatments. They only work for new stretch marks that are still red. But they are expensive and I only knew about them once my stretch marks already turned silverish white "old." They start to fade a little over the years. And don't use that "Derma Roller" shit!
There is nothing you can do. Try all the creams you want, your growing at a rapid rate faster than your skin can handle. If it bothers you too much make the choice of limiting your growth aka food and intensity in the gym or deal with the stretch marks bro.
That's the general consensus everywhere I've looked but just in case someone had some nugget of wisdom I figured I'd double check since it couldn't hurt. And I would rather have my whole body be a giant stretch mark than be small haha. Gonna keep growing as much as I can
Got to agree with Tony here, loads of stuff you can waste money on for little or no effect. All part of the game I'm afraid.
Cut carbs?
Rubbing vitamin E oil on them might help fade them a bit. Suppose to really help skin regenerate.
There are OTC products that women use for their pregnancy stretch marks. They seem to work pretty well, but it differs from person to person. Worth a shot.
TronNot stretch marks.. battle scars. You earned those.
I have same problem, just accepted it and move on lol. Not much can be done
Most chicks like them so show em you put in the hard work
Yeah my girl says she doesn't mind but I was hoping to just try and fade them a bit quicker. I just keep making more though haha. Oh well I guess I'll live with it. Definitely better than being small that's for sure!
