You're 23 years old, your profile says 29. You've done no research on PCT, you're too young to be on gear, now you're in the shit with those numbers.
Here's how to solve the issue as best you can.
1) get rid of your name and stop bullshitting people about your age. Eroids does not condone guys your age running gear, I suspect you know that. -2 for that.
2) read the countless amount of information on basic pct protocol using nolca and clomid. If you have any further questions post.
3) stop using gear when you're so young and clearly don't know what you're doing.

And this is exactly why we say don't go overboard with what you're running. If you don't have a clue how to correct the damage it can cause you shouldn't be using it.

rocketballzNeed some more info bro such as what was yiur cycle? Did you do HCG followed by Clomid and Nolva for a month? Post up some more info and maybe someone will have some insight. I'm guessing a 19 nor is the culprit or bunk pct meds.
danfreemanBrother I did twelve week cycle of test and tren at tren 100 mg eod and same test prop . after 3 days of cycle over I started hcg at 500ui eod for 20 days and than 23rd day checked and this came !
rocketballzOkay so you need to do a proper pct bro, if this is serious. Especialy when a 19 nor like Tren is involved! You need to do clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 for a month at least. You might need caber and aromasin too. There's a pct forum on here and this is really irresonsible on your part. That's said, get real pharma PCT Meds ASAP and do it the right way. Hcg only ain't gonna cut it.
So ur pct was only hcggg?
