Thought this would be the best place to go for guidance on how to get better physic whise. Any and all comments welcomed. I was very edgy on posting this since everyone else on here blows my phyisc out of the water. But why not ask for help right? Thanks all!!

Hey all so... ive came out of the closet and posted my pics...... I am right now on my second cycle of test e and gained some good amount of weight while gaining some fat too. However I need help. At the moment im running dnp as well so im a little flat then usely, lol not missing much more tho. I still have alot of work to do and a long journey to get there, however ive made it from 350 pounds down to my lowest weight of 220. Right now im 240.

My records are:
Squat 290(Had knee surgery on right knee so yah)
Deadlift 345
Bench 255
Standing Military Press 185

The last pic was when I was 350 pounds that was three years ago. I natural lost weight and started my first cycle last winter of just test e. Then started another cycle of test e recently. Both at 500mg for 12 weeks with pct and all.

Im very carb sensitvie meaning I can blow up in wieght i just an added cup of oatmeal a day without changing anything else to my diet. If I want to cut weight I do cardio and cut eggs down while running a low dose of dnp and to bulk i just stop dnp and cardio and just lift.

you've done one amazing transformation you should be soooooo proud of yourself!!

I would say keep building your muscles and hardening up...as far as gear advice that's the men's dept.

great job!! +1

Awesome work put in bud. Don't loose focus and grind out every lb. I am carb sensitive like you are which sucks for cutting, but once you do a lean bulk you will gain strength and muscle much faster and much cheaper then other guys.

You cannot change your genetics but in this game you can adapt and push further

Absolutley do not use gear. I see you can still make improvement naturally. Only thing i would consider is clen. If I can +5 this comment I would, couldn't have said this any better. I came down from 310 in 01' took me only about 2 years but I still had a lot of loose skin. I was running about 6 miles a day and was about 190 25% bodyfat. Bodyfat % is just a ratio so if you increase your lbm (lean body mass) 10 pounds over a year that would probably be a 7 % swing and you'd go from mid 20s what you appear now to the mid teens. Just eat clean brotha. I can't emphasize how important fruits veggies and protein are. I personally don't like having carbs (starches) unless I'm getting them from fruits and veggies. You can easily accomplish this new goal of adding muscle, legs legs legs, squats, deads lunges and all the grueling excersicing no one likes. Do it slow and take your time. Good luck and +1

I have a buddy that was in the same spot as you. Hard work and watching what you eat is #1. However he uses TestP and winny. He does some cardio but mostly works out hard. He's dropped over 100lbs.

Awesome dude. My suggestion is to do heavy sets maybe a 5x5 routine to maintain muscle while you cardio your ass off 45 mins to 1 hr a day. Maybe try hiit cardio a coue days to switch it up

Wow!Fantastic job on the weight loss. How many calories are you getting a day?

scoobydoo's picture

I just put your stats into a bmr calculator(Basal Metabolic Rate).Your bmr is 2370 calories. That is how many calories your body would burn if you laid in bed and slept all day.If you did little to no exercise, you would need 2844 calories a day.I know you had a weight problem, but I don't think you are getting enough calories. For me,I was at a standstill with fat loss at 2500 calories.I figured out my bmr and multiplied by my activity factor and came up with about 3200.I started eating that.I put a little weight on for about 3 weeks and then my weight leveled out and started decreasing.I am leaner now than I have been in years. And that is with 3200 to 3600 or more calories a day.

My waist pretty much stayed the same.I can't guarantee it will be the same for you.I'm sure you kept pants of various sizes, just in case.lol But when I came of my blast,I'm older,I blast and cruise(trt),and all the water weight dropped off.I was in 34's at 212 lbs. Before I couldn't get into 34's unless I was 190 or less. Here is the link to the bmr calculator I use. It's the best one I've found. http://www.nbc.com/the-biggest-loser/social/cheryls-blog/

Really good changes man, you shouldn't worry about not being as jacked as some of these monsters on here they had to start some where too.
My question for you is where do you wanna go with this? Are we just taking things as they come or do we have a certain physique in mind?
If you wanted to go for more size I say why not with winter around the corner.. You won't be at any beaches.. Then cut the fat off when you near spring.
But I can also understand wanting to unpackage all of your hard work and see the results

Zyzz was a serious ecto so being shredded like that wasn't too difficult for him but once he came off of gear he deflated like a balloon lol.. They could stuff their faces and not gain much fat.. In your case it sounds like you can put mass on easily and shredding will be difficult.. So I'd approach it a little differently.. You'll put mass on faster most likely so keep bulking (try to keep it lean for the most part) then start cutting down when spring starts coming and you should have some big gains by then.. Cutting now could be okay but if that's the look your going for you might as well keep pushing for mass instead of hopping back and forth between lean and bulky lean and bulky.. Just put the mass on then focus on staying lean.
