Have fun with the PT. I recommend start low dose and work up, so you can titrate out any side effects and just get the reaction your looking for. I dosed my wife a little high the second time and it definitely affected her BP with a headache. When I went too high, the nausea was a bit much. When I just got the facial flush, I knew I hit the target zone for me, if that helps on your research.
Yeah man, this is helpful. I want to avoid the sides as much as I can and am hoping to find the right dose for me without too much messing about. I’ll start small & step it up, as you suggest. Thanks very much for your guidance.
The sweet spot for us was around 1mg, anything under didn’t do much. 2mg was way too high. Careful on concentration when reconstituting slowly. Be sure to check side effects bc everyone’s different and we each had different “peak” times, but still lasted 24 or so hours.
