An old pic from my last cut. Sitting here at a 4-5% higher BF really makes you miss it! But now I'm 22lbs heavier I'm pretty happy with the results, I just get that really bad bulking shape. Love preping food, being consistent and see the results from hard work.

Was thinking about competing in the EBC Fall/Winter bulker, but I'm already half way through my bulking. Wish all those who compete good luck! Always great motivation to see other peoples hard work
