+ 6 2 months of dieting

ad

Hi all.

Just wanted to share my last two months progress. I have been using the method of carb cycling. I have 3 low carb days and then 1 high carb day with double the carbs each meal. High carb day is usually on leg day. I do cardio from monday to friday for 20 minutes. I have been using Fuerza test prop at 400mg/week the last 6 weeks from MD. It's going pretty well, but i must say I can't wait to my next bulk.

The before pictures is from about the start of april. The after pictures is about a week old. Forgot to put in a leg shot sadly. Will add that at some

Should i add more cardio? What do you guys think? And last thing. What do you guys think my bf% is?

Any feedback is appreciated Smile

Good job, can definitely tell the difference. How many g's of carbs are you taking in on your low carb days?

FutMrO's picture

Thanks. Low carb days my intake is at 210 about 35 grams of carbs pr meal. On the high carb day it is 70 grams pr meal.

Very good progress. The difference is blatant to see.
I saw wot you said you do for abs, how often do you do that?
Id guess your BF% to be definitely under 10%. You can buy a calibrater cheap, or ask at gym, they may have 1 and will probably do the test for you.

Thanks! I train abs on leg day starting with an ab crunch machine, follow by leg raises and finish it with cable crunches.
