Well I appreciate it very much truthfully I do. And it was a very stupid but honest mistake with the pics and maybe instead if suggested I get banned or get off the site completely could have come at me a totally different way and say bro get your face out of the pics. As soon as you commented I changed them. Again thanks for the help and looking out. If I was trolling I would have just left them up. I don't need ANYONE at my door nor do I want to draw attention to this great site!!

At 1 point in my life I was 295 so im.happy with where I'm at. Am I 11% body fat no I never even selected the 11% it was on there I really don't care if I'm 40% body fat.
TricepatopsNo problem if honest mistake but people look at those because people tend to not tell the truth. Again congrats on the weight loss it is hard to do the older you get especially if genetics isn't on your side. If you are happy where you are at that is all that matters. Some people on here have different goals. Plus one for the pic because I think it takes alot to show people pics on here.
Thank you! I'm never satisfied! But I'm happy where I'm at, at this particular moment. I've been in the gym since only May at that point I was 260 so 50 lbs in a mere 5 months I'm pretty stoked. I eat fairly good but definitely need to clean that area up. I've got some loose skin from being almost 300lbs (I'll be looking to get skin removal surgery next year). I don't plan on going pro in body building nor have I ever been aspiring to do that but I'll be cool at about 190-195 with a little more definition. As long as the wife continued to be all all over this like we're 20 yrs old I'm good! LOL!!

Let me give you advice about @shred777 . Don't piss him or, argue with him, or be disrespectful to him. He knows what he's talking about and tries to steer you right. I've NOW read enough of his various posts to know he's pretty nice and tries to keep you out of trouble. He just doesn't pussyfoot around about it.
