With the proper starting BF and using it to really cut down at the end, it will really lean, but dehydrate the hell out of you. Not to mention, its going to boost everything else you have going. Add that and the heavy protein intake, the kidneys really take a beating, then your electrolytes go to shit. So trust me, drink plenty of extra water. Like shoot for a gallon a day if you can or you will be waking up in the middle of night with cramps that pretzel you so hard you want to cry. Oh and be glad that's not the injectable lol.
