Maybe you can crank it up month by month as your body gets used to it. I'll warn u though the 4iu has my hands in some serious pain and tight af. I switched back to another brand, and lately been running mk677, ever since my hands got so bad with that, they're still not like they were before. There's something you can take that's supposed to help it, i have to do some digging if i find it ill lyk.
I agree with you. I'd like to progressively increase month by month as ive been doing so far as long as my damn hands can handle it. I'm on Amazon right now looking for physical therapy hand exercise tools lol.

What are you expecting to look like after using this hgh
This is my first time running HGH. I started a few months ago with an Ultima 5-pack from OSgear. Since I'm old, I'm looking for better recovery, regeneration, healing. No real expectations on the look, but I expect some additional leaning... we will see.
