Updated lab results. I have since upped my dose to 5iu per day. Been on about a month with this batch. Said I was going to post labs regularly. Still a strong lab result.

Sleep has always been easy for me so I can't speak to that. Recovery has been good. 4 weeks ago I switched from a split where I hit every muscle group once with shoulders and legs being hit twice to a split where I hit everything twice. In the past I couldn't do that without feeling really run down. That may change as I continue to do it but maybe not. What I like the most is I feel like it keeps me leaner and I'm not as afraid of losing muscle during a calorie deficit.

Yep. Next set of labs will be interesting. My order is coming during one of the hottest months of one of the hottest states. We will see how temperature effects the outcome.

Not sure he doesn't send me the box. It was purchased march 23rd if that helps.
