4 iu should give some crazy fat loss, separation and veins at least it did for me, If you can afford to bump it up to somewhere like 6-8 iu you'd have some fullness accompanied with a small tight waist after a month and so on. At that dose the sides become too much for some, lethargic/sleepy all day and carpel tunnel
yeah I've already ramped up to 4iu... impatient lol ... lethargy is evident, slight numbness in hands when using computer or phone for long periods ... I remember 6iu of rips and I would be falling asleep at the wheel. Bloat isn't bad yet ... although I have been watching sodium intake.
