Anonlooks good tho.. man, i never spring for fat free foods when i'm cutting carbs. you need those calories right now. best thing to do is focus on quality here. limit sat fats and be sure to avoid trans fats. try to stick to your unsaturated fats. a good option for salad dressing here would be an italian dressing. the vinegar and oil kind. i like to put almonds in my salads too. these fats will raise HDL cholesterols, which will in turn lower LDLs. plus, your body should already be in an oxidative state from the carb restrictions - as long as your exercise isn't too intense or eating too close to it - so the fats will be readily available for energy purposes as opposed to storage.
