Ok I never used this product before. I was told to take it after my meal carbin up to make the muscles look fuller and to spike insulin. I'm really not sure on what to do some if you have some advice please let me know me thanks

Bro, do you research stuff before you take it? That is a diabetic medication mostly used by type 2 diabetics that don't need insulin...
