I've ran 100mg ment before but it was fake or badly under dosed, so I basically didn't. I've only gotten real ment a few times out of all the times I bought it and that was always 50mg ment. But alot of us say 50mg a day is where the magic happens. But the hype around ment is a little.bit overboard what you read online. It still is a nice compound but it's not that crazy steroid you read about. The best ment I ran had a tint of orangy to it so it looks like that ment is good to go. You can ask Makwa about ment also. We both are big on ment.
