Well tommorow is Thanksgiving right? I was just thinking.. yeahh i had some ups an downs over the time here but for the most part its more positive transactions!! I would like to give thanks for this community in aiding me in getting the physique i have been working for, from all the different fourm topics, peoples personal experiences, an all the advice it has given me the motivation an dedication to complete my goals. By any means this is not a stopping point but only the beginning.. Just from the gear, diets, training tips, an so forth.. it has enabled me to make my apperance in a 180 change and helped me recieve the current DIME PIECE i have at the moment.. Had to show some love to my guys from this community, Hope yall enjoy! :))
