i havnt seen any huge results as im only in my 3rd week on this stuff but ive been able to run harder for longer and seem to have heaps more breathing abilty prob due to the overdrive of redblood cells! ive been fucking the mrs like a raging bull the poor thing hasnt been walking without shaky knees for weeks lol
thats probably just the placebo effect tho 
lets hope its not or she'll be well n truly fkt come week 5 lol
