+ 1 Getting there, slowly but surely.
ad
A little progress pic from last week. Trying to beef up my shoulders a bit. Not looking too bad but there's a TON of room for improvement, as always. I'm just about to start my first Eq, Test, Var cycle. I'm looking to dial in diet, tighten up lots of areas, gain some vascularity, and keep some quality gains when it's all said and done. It's just a bummer that no matter how dialed in I get the diet I'll never be shredded due to all this extra skin from the WLS. I'll give it a try though. Thanks for the support ladies and gents. Btw, can anyone PM me some recommendations on a source with some really GOOD Eq and/or Var? I've got a source picked out but just wanted to get some opinions.

You've made great progress! Good luck ;) +1
GearofWarThank you so much. It's very nice to hear from a woman(who isnt my wife)that she's not totally repulsed by the mere sight of me, lol! Hopefully I can make you all proud.
Any woman that's repulsed by the mere sight of you needs to go to Specsavers lol. You've already made me proud, just for what you've achieved so far. Keep up the hard work....I know you can get to where you want ;)
Wow! I just looked through all of your photos and clearly you are making progress at a great rate. Even in ten days I can see a difference and your skin is tightening up from the top to the mid section which is always the way it is, at least it is for me. You have done a great job Gear be very proud!!! +1
GearofWarThanks Pank. It means a great deal coming from you. I'm going to try and see if there's anything else that can be doe to fill out the extra skin short of surgery. I'm so thankful for all of you guys here that keep me going with words of encouragement. You guys on here are pretty much my only support system. My family is pretty much all dead and gone and friends are non-existent. Thanks brothers.
I hear you brother, I grew up without a family as well. But man you are getting it done and expeditiously! I know a kid well he is 23 now but like a kid to me who was 5'9' 320lbs he started doing MMA, and got down to 175lbs. He had that skin hang over from being so heavy and it was there for awhile, but has he stayed at that weight his skin started to tighten up and retract. We could see it happening but you would of thought he had surgery. Now everyone is different but you never know. Either way with the gains your making you seen to have good genetics to me!
GearofWarThat's great news on the skin for that kid, he's lucky, lucky! All I can do is what I can do I suppose. Unless I can find a way to scam some surgery, lol! Thanks again Pank. I'm going to make you all proud.
