There's no real "gear" there. Just clomid, Clen, some type of antibiotic and some lozenges for sore throat.

The blue ones look like viagra. The yellow ones don't even look like a typical oral.
There like lozenges that one might use for a sore throat, no idea. Best thing might be to throw em out if not sure, unless you're happy to be your own personal experiment.
After a second look, I don't think the blue ones are viagra. Consider throwing em out, sensibility of course.
