Ok man. Thank you... I've been fortunate enough that I no longer have to battle the hunger issue. It's different for everyone. But I just don't allow myself to get to the point of hunger. Small healthy snacks. And what carbs I get I mostly consume in the early evening. That prevents the urge we get to raid the fridge in the middle of the night. Diet is one of those things we all know is truly the main answer to anything to do with our physiques...but ... I lied to myself for pretty much my whole life.."I'll just do lots of cardio...I'll spend extra time in the gym..I'll take short rest periods to keep my HR elevated... basically"ILL WORKOUT MORE SO I CAN EAT WHAT I WANT!" Lol ... Because..we like to EAT...feels good... instant gratification...I thought I just was unable to get a six pack... thought"as much as I workout..do cardio...do abs every day"...and I STILL couldn't see my abs... finally said "ok... Let's try this fuckin diet thing"....less than a year later my abs were popping...and the only thing I did different.. was dial in my diet.

Yeah bro my wife loves snacking and eats when moody but she’s in very good shape. Just wants more of an edge. She ran pharma primo for 6 weeks but it was one and done for her she was on edge the whole time.
