But i didn't see your photos too. I not see reasons to deleete photos. Store your pics here is a best way to compare your progress, in my opinion. The feeling that you are afraid of someone or something. About safety, i can say that eroids take care for his clients, and pics what you share here not indexes on google or other search systems. Surely if you don't uploaded your pics in other places.

Well said brother, all that i think about this in your post.

DeadlyCrooc's picture

In fact there is no a valid reason to remove your photo. Of course no one is forcing you, and you are free to do as you like, but nevertheless, I hate that I have not seen your photos, and they're gone. I think this is a kind of disrespect to the others. And write to you in a PM to see your pics, even absurd, why is it so difficult brother. imho

It helps me sleep at night

If you say this, you really are afraid of something. Or you paranoid.......lmao

Bro i see here some comments of "fantastic" or "Big improvement bro" or "Hell yeah that's the type of gains i love seeing". I want to check out your progress too but i can't (: Nobody joke you brother, but really has no reasons to do this shit (:

DeadlyCrooc's picture

Just imagine that all dudes will remove his photos, what will become with this place? I answer - it shall be desolate for many, because we can not see the progress of others, and motivate yourself with this. It a simple logic, nothing personal brother. Ok dude, it was my opinion about this, nothing more, you free to do this as you wish (:

I see that you a good guy, and you can to stay on right way (: I do not force you brother, but if you can try to think about what I said, will be better. Best regards and respect from me!

Forget about maxing out on any lifts if you arent competing. Definitely throw in some high rep squat routines. Sets of 20 reps are fucking brutal on squats, and on any compound lift really. Experiment with heavy and light training routines and guage how you respond, then adjust. We are all different, so we must try everything until we learn what works for our bodies.

Youve come a long way from the string bean before picture! Eat like a boss, and train like a boss and you'll keep gaining. Simple in theory, but hard in practice. Keep working, consistency is key!

And of course much respect for your service!

Sometimes strength gains are not due to muscle. Tendons, ligaments, and form familiarity have a lot to do with strength as well. The muscle will grow when it is forced to exert beyond what the other parts can handle. Its a process,, and is why long term consistency is key.

Lol, I wasnt intending to point out shortfalls, just offering advice for continued progress. ITs a lot easier for me to type it than to do it as well Smile

IMO basic fundamentals is what builds. The bodybuilders have built their mass off the blood, sweat, and tears of fundamentals. ONce the muscle is there, then they switch to shaping style routines. What is marketed typicall are these routines, but in reality for the novice like you and I....we shouldnt be following what they are doing now, but what they did before the endorsements.
