+ 13 Full as a house, time to cut?

So here we are. This is now 3 weeks after my test/EQ blast where I ran finished out at 1.25g test and 500 EQ. A little anadrol at the end but after 2 weeks it destroyed my appetite so I bailed on that. My e2 was still low as I finished out the cycle. Joints were crunchy, libido sucked, etc. EQ was good to me but it is a super strong aromatase inhibitor for me. So next time it may be more of a 3:1, test to EQ ratio. I got way more vascular and definitely added some lean tissue over the course of the 18 week cycle. My last post I believe was 10 weeks into cycle and you can see the bloods were good to go.

The last 3 weeks I’ve been on 400 test to ensure I have some e2 conversion from that long acting EQ ester. My sleep has improved, training is better, libido is through the roof and everything is running on all cylinders. Every workout im full as an house & strong as an ox. It has been incredible. I haven’t lost any strength and I’ve actually gotten stronger since my joints aren’t wrecked.

The bulk has been absolutely amazing and I don’t really want to stop even though I can see I am getting on the fluffy side. I am thinking it’s time for a mini cut, call it 6 weeks to tighten things up before my summer cycle.

I am really proud of my food intake as it’s the highest it’s ever been. I have 1 high carb day where I get to 750-800 carbs (as little fat as possible). 5 medium days where it’s 500-550 carbs, 75 fat. 1 rest/low day at 200 carbs. Every day is around 300g protein. I’ve been pushing these numbers for the last several weeks and been on about a 1lb per week increase.

My training split is a little funny but I’m desperate to grow the legs and I actually am really enjoying it.
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Pull ups, Chest & Shoulder 12-15 Rep range
Tuesday: Quads, calves&Biceps, 12-15 Rep range
Wednesday: Hams, triceps, adductors 12-15 Rep range
Thursday: PULL 6-10 Rep range
Friday: PUSH 6-10 Rep range
Saturday: LEGS 6-10 Rep range

Dude what a unit ! You don’t seem to have put on that much body fat even with the weight increase, definitely got some solid results. EQ did the same for me when I was running it at 1000/500 test/eq. I had to run prop for a couple weeks and drop the eq down to 375 but I’m finally starting to feel better , going to be getting labs soon to see where my e2 is sitting.

@bigred250 made such a great progress for sure but yep. Lots of room To bulking, you’re a big guy, but to look even bigger I would reach 290-295lb. You gonna look insanely freak. Keep that up brother !

Nice! You’re looking lean and tight. I’d keep the bulk going at this point, it doesn’t look like you’ve put on much bodyfat at all versus your last photos. Main consideration for me would be mental state. After I put on a decent amount of mass I start feeling physically heavy and slow, it can sap my motivation a little bit. “Why am I even doing this to myself?”-type questions start popping up. I like to slow the gain and try to accommodate the new weight, work on raw strength some. If you feel good on that front I say keep gaining.
Just want to say too, I love weird splits and think yours looks really interesting. I’ve been playing around with some unusual splits recently but yours is really out there. It makes a ton of sense if you’re trying to grow your legs though

Good job brother! You definitely threw some pins on the Red, since last pic you posted. I know how hard it is for you tall guys to put on mass, but it looks like you got it figured out. All respect due brother! I wouldn't cut yet. If try to stretch a could more lbs on first if you can. That cut ain't going anywhere bro. And honestly, you aren't looking very fluffy at all to me. Nice work dude

Solid! Vascularity is looking awesome . I'm a sucker for veins. Must have been a vampire in my past life... Back looking thick as well. Pesky calves seem to be the only body part that can't keep up with the rest of you. I know calves are very genetic and can tell you are putting work into them. For me it is my wrists.

Man, keep bulking. If you are making that kind of progress and you are dialed in, I would keep it going. I like running my e2 high come to find out but there is a very fine line before it switches. I think you need a couple more weeks with your new dose protocol anyway. You still got time to cut if you keep going, and with your discipline, you’ll cut so fast. You know how much definition is already there, that’s the conundrum.

Looking good red. Looks like you cleared up your acne too. If I were you, I’d continue the bulk and try to go up 10 more pounds. Keep the high intensity.

Seems like you keep tethering between 230/255/260. Id push it further and go to the brink of 290 but dense. Your bf doesn’t appear to have changed much. Your presence at 6’6” is much more apparent at 290 than having a few cuts on your stomach at 230. As long as your health markers are in check, go for glory big bro.
