First go nearing completion. Very happy with the results. I made no attempt to cut and I still was able to shed bf while growing substantially. Thanks everyone for posting endless pages of valuable information.

RustyhookerSerratus popping! Cable crunches will get the intercostals tied into the serratus for a sick look. On crunches make it a expansion and contraction of ribcage.
Thank you i'll try to replicate that next time. TBH right now i'm having major issues with core isolation training. I get an extremely bad cramp in my lower abs that is completely debilitating. I have tried to go back to core training on 3 occasions separated by several weeks and it has happened each time. I'm not but sure what could be causing it. I drink PLENTY of water. I'm going to give it another go but this time spend 10 mins doing nothing but light activation and stretching.
