Spent the entire summer dialing in a good low calorie diet that I could stick to for years at a time if I ever needed/wanted to, which will serve me very well in the future, but not it's time for more mass! This is about 4 weeks into a test/EQ/tren/NPP blast. I want to spend the next 6 months focusing on a modest surplus, followed by a cutting phase shortly after. By the time the cut is over I want to be 5-8lbs heavier than I was right before this bulk started, which was 234lbs. So if I can sit comfortable at 240ish after this long run, i'll be very happy.

Fuck EQ, Tren, Npp.. I've always thought about these compounds but I prefer to stay away from them. +1
Even EQ? One of the easiest compounds to tolerate. Nandralone and tren I totally understand, but unless a person is running test only and that's what they like, I cant think of anything more suited for an SLIGHT upgrade than EQ for someone who just wants a very easy to tolerate additional compound. Orals maybe, but most people suffer heartburn and they can't be ran more than a month safely (for most people), some even less, with the exception of proviron.

For sure, thanks man. One thing i'm grateful for is that I had a good 4 years of natty training under my belt before I jumped on, and learned during that time to value education in the process. Training especially i'd say is my area of expertise. It's more of an art form. Once we establish the foundation of proper training, the rest is open for the artist to decide.
