Buddy if you want people to be able to comment in your Forum Poll you have just put up - You need to create a forum post as normal as if it were to display in General Discussion for example, then at the bottom where it gives the option of inserting a Poll, drop that box down and select the one that you have just created. That will then display within the normal comments page. This is the best way to do it.
