+ 4 Food for thought

ad

So, I posted my blood work back in November. A few items were way out of whack. Needed a break for sure. Stoped every thing...drugs, gym, eating.... lost 20 pounds. Did full pct 6 weeks with clomid, nolvadex and hcg. Felt good during then crashed . Been knowing I haven't really recovered after last 2 runs.
Talked to the doc about it . She started me on 150mg test C once a week. .5 adex Tue, thu, sun. Test went from 94 to 808, free test at 20. Estro at 14. Testing at the last day of the week. Though I was Feeling much better. She turned my dose down to 140 a week, adex .5 twice a week. Said I was too high ,must be a good responder. Have bloods scheduled in 3 weeks. To see where that puts me.
Here is my proposed diet . I put it all in the my fitness pall app. Real pain in the ass.
Will be staying only on trt. Just working on food and gym.
Gym focus will be three main lifts bench, deads, squats . Rep range 12, 10, 8
3 to 4 sets.

Hate to say cross fitish runs also. I have an obstacle course in my back yard .. for vomiting... I mean cardio

Edit. The food will be split up in 7 meals. The app doesn't allow that so I put it in there that way. Any questions I'll clarify. Breakfast is in the blender. The rest is every 2 hours.

Didn't say I did it during pct. But since it's your first day here I'll leave it at that. Thank you for your input

It was just a general comment on my pct. Didn't feel full details for that were necessary. There is a plethora of info on the subject already. My post was more about a meal plan I'm working on with a small background. Being on trt and not just jumping on cycle. With out getting back on my feet first. No insult taken.

Dude, I'm living the same thing. Life changes from one day to the next and often it is the family itself that is neglected.

I'm concentrating on eating and training, despite being in the first week of PCT.
Unfortunately this is a risk for everyone, and we all know it.
It is not easy to endure all the chaos, family, work, stress and other problems.

But we like to play!

Surely have to have balance

If you can’t make it to the gym do body weight exercises. Pull ups with different grips are the best back developer there is imo.
All you need is a tree limb.
I’ve even done them in a coal mine hanging off belt structure. Sometimes you’ve got to be creative.

Appreciate you posting this bro, glad your on track and back making positive progress.

MyFitnessPal is a diamond. I agree with the meal split, only frustrating thing about the app.

I'm ready to see how it goes.

I do my breakfast in a blender also when I’m running late. I use mostly real food in it with a little protien powder.

I’ve been logging my diet for two years on My Fitness Pal. Once you’ve logged it in it’s easy.
I personally don’t believe in long layoffs. What you do off cycle really dictates where you end up...

I have an app like that. Somebody put me into it two days ago. I use to try to keep track in my head and we all k ow what a pain in the ass that is. I love my new app

Easy to keep track. I'll eat the same thing every day for a few months. Like clock work. Don't have to put it in the app sept for once.

That would explain why I look like shit. Cause I haven't been doing .

Usually it is carbohydrates that are the "bad" ones that weigh down the stomach, make you sleepy and lazy.
Dude, review your diet and get it into your brain.

Carbs like pasta take me out. Need a nap. I like oats or rice before my work out gives me energy and makes me sweat like crazy. For a while I put a cup of oats and a cup of milk in the blender for a pre work out. Did great .
When you say bad ones makes me think of zebra cakes.

Lol. It comes back quick. I haven’t ran anything but trt in months and have cut my protein way back. If I’ve lost anything it’s not much.
If you get burn out just totally change your routine. I didn’t feel like training this morning so I did 5 sets of 21s on the preacher and dumbbell hammers on the preacher. By the third set it was all good.

I hope so. I wish I could lift in the morning. It takes an hour of hobbling around just to prepare for work. Maybe get up earlier. Summer is hard for that already getting up at 4 to beat the heat for work. I'm good and limber by the end of the day. Then the family feels left out.Trying to stay away from taking the anti inflammatories. I'm off the diclofenac for about 4 months. And only take about 3 ibuprofen a week.
