Hey everybody.
I’m 40 years old. 180cm. I was 130kg for many years. No muscle. Then I started to go to gym.did a lot of cardio. Used gh for one year. Now I’m 90kg. But still have fat. Feel shy to post it. But I wanna make the record here. Then see the improvement later.

Taking photos is the way to go.
Frank Zane would stand in the sunlight at the same time and location doing the same poses for consistency and track his progress with photos.
