+ 12 First Self Shots-Before/Now-Please Be Kind
ad
Ok, here is my first self-shots pic. Tried to squeeze two into one because of the once every 24hr upload limit. LH pic is of me before GB surgery. I weighed 354lbs in that pic and BMI was 54 I believe. RH pic is me 4 days ago. 200lbs approx. No idea on BF% because I've got lots of excess skin. Took me a while to build up the nut to post pics, so please go easy on my flabby ass, lol. I think the transformation has gone fairly well so far, and I'm just getting started baby!

what I can't believe with all these new members including my self browsing around looking at pics no-one in 10 months seen fit to comment on this. so here I go Gear, truly one of the most inspirational stories I've come across here or anywhere for that matter, soo many roadblocks that most everyone would have gave up and quit long ago given the MANY physical challenges you have had to endure. myself I have had a t-12 thru l-2 spinal fusion and also endured a 4yr opiate addiction that almost cost me everything. by the grace of God, a good friend placed in my life and a shared love of the iron I survived as well. Remember brother when you're feeling down think of everything you have already concurred and accomplished dust your self off hold your head up and keep going. take pride in your success because you inspire many more than you might think "warrior".
Noticed your post on YokedMfer's post. +1 for being BRAVE enough to put yourself out there as an INSPIRATION! to other people.
GearofWarThank you sir. That's huge of you to come take a look at my ugly mug, lol! I won't quit because one fool down voted me. Takes more'n that. But cool peeps like you make it much easier to cope with the negative people. Thanks!
Incredible job brother. Amazing transformation. +1 from me bro.
GearofWarThanks a ton, Yoked.
makes me want to post my fat pics up...good job man some people here will never know what you and i have been through to completely transform our bodies the way we did...Alot of guys on here were born with good genetics.
GearofWarAgreed that there are some bros and sis's here that have AMAZING genetics. Everytime I look at some you guys and gals' self-shots I'm blown away. Trying to tighten up the diet now. That's the hardest work for me. I love moving the iron, so no lack of motivation there. Obviously, diet has never been my strongest suit. You should definitely post up your before pics. Everyone here has been incredibly kind and motivational. When I feel low or lacking drive I come here for a kick in the ass.
Keep up the great work!
Looking Good Bro! Always forward!

GearofWarPretty much Test only so far. Well not 100% true. I used low-dose(.5ml/100mg doses) Deca for some joint pain. It's been used up for a little while though. So now test only. Joints feel great again. Thanks a bunch for the inspirational words!
Wow...you've made fantastic progress. I'm glad you "built up the nut to post pics". You should be proud of yourself! I'll be following your progress. Good luck ;-)

Good shit bro, you have came a long way!! Keep it up, i made the same journey bro so know how it is!
Hell yeah. You have done a amazing job.
breakingfaceAwesome brother!
GearofWarThanks a ton for being the first bro to say something positive. It's greatly appreciated sir!
breakingfaceNp. Make sure you focus on motivating yourself. It's easy to stay motivated in the beginning when everyone in your life is taking notice of your weight loss. As that attention begins to wain you'll need to replace it with your own self talk.
GearofWarVery solid advice. I've lost the weight awhile ago and I've recently decided that AAS was right for me and my back injury. It all started for me with TRT.
