My picture looks like ai now because I don’t know how to properly crop things out lol. But there it is. I haven’t done anything but test e and/or dust and 100mg of deca a week. My job is super physical so I don’t even work out at the moment. After the fusion in my ankle at my age it’s all I can do to keep going some days. The test definitely helps. Hoping to be back in the gym at least a couple days a week in the next 2 to 3 weeks

Thank you. Recovers is 1-1.5 yrs but I get closer every day. The time needed is to build stamina. I usually work 6 12+hr shifts a week. Laying down for 5 months after surgery was what killed me
