What dose of the Helios will you be running? Been reading about it and somewhat tempted to give it a try.
I go up gradually, Helios is stronger than oral clenbuterol.
I started at 35mcg, i went up based on side effects. Today I am at 80mcg.
No need to go higher with T3 and yohimbine, it's already very strong.

Many people think Helios helps burn fat locally, I don't particularly notice this effect.

Helios is strong, oral yohimbine is also very effective, I tried it on its own to be sure.
The T3 seems to do the job, I can't take a blood test right now with the covid.
