+ 4 First Figure Comp Pics: Seeking advice & feedback
ad
Thinking about doing another figure competition and would love honest critiques on my first show pictures and areas of weakness. I also would love feedback on why I look flatter on show day than I did in the action shots from 4 days prior to the show.
Contest prep: standard prep diet, cut complex carbs out 2 weeks prior to show, cut all water at noon day prior to show, had 1/3 c dry oats at 5 am on show day, 6 oz diet coke, lean ground beef and avocado between pre-judging and night show. 2 oz red wine and tablespoon of agave nectar prior to going on stage for night show. Did clen for 2 weeks prior to show and took one water pill night before show.

JHimo, you do look great and hard work obviously shows through. It I really had to critique, you could work on the legs especially for the figure comp. Some more seperation between traps and shoulder may help the overall look.
Viking and suzy are pros at the diet aspect of the comp's. They can guide you in the right direction as far as flatness on the day of the show.
+1
U look very nice can tell u r very dedicated. Areas of weakness IMO is traps, lats, tri's, maybe hamstrings. I would say alot of the flatter look is from the absence of water which will cause this.
