+ 3 First ever back shots

ad

First back pics I've ever taken. I'm really working on trying to get my back wide and my waist small, problem is I hold more fat in my lower back then I do in my lower stomach. So hard to get rid of. Also if anyone could throw some pointers my way on working on peaks I would really appreciate it, I hammer arms and can't get my bi's to grow it seems.

Looking good, my man. The only thing I can say is GO HEAVY. When it starts to hurt real bad, GO HEAVIER. Then when it feels like your tendons are going to snap, throw on another plate and HIT IT AGAIN.
Keep in mind that this advice was brought to you by a dude who needs his girlfriend to help put on his socks every morning. +1

Thanks brother, I'm right there with you, I push it to the limit as much as I can, have a couple old injuries that I have to be somewhat careful with. I have to put up some fresh ones these are a few weeks old and I've leaned out a good bit since.

YES!!! Love concentration curls... incline dubell curls are also a favorite of mine for peak.

I do them I play around with different variations of 21's straight bar curls. I'm going to try spider curls I saw bigjohnstud and theo post about. I do a lot of single arm stuff Bc my left side it smaller then my right due to two surgeries, both on my left arm, hand and shoulder.
