+ 2 First cycle before and after and second cycle results

Start weight of 180 lbs. 205 by the end of the first and 210 by the end of the second cycle. Not much in the way of gains on the second cycle diet and workout could have been better. Good loss of bf with muscle gain though. Currently at 200

you'd get better results training and eating properly than u would with gear.. get that down pat then give the gear a shot

Thanks for the plus 1 man. Cmon though. I feller adds 20 to 25 lb to his frame and you say you notice hardly any differance.I can see the results for sure in the gym. Still have a ways to go but I have come a long ways from where I was. Never really workout at all until the last year. I was the kid in school who was lucky to get the bar with maybe 10 lbs on it. Gotta start somewhere. All of us just can't be as big and as good looking as Papa Swole is! I for sure could use some help with tweaking my diet. Sorta new here and not sure of who is who, and who to reach out to for what. Any advice on that?

Are you lifting till failure? How many meals do you have a day? What are the macro's? Cards/fats/proteins
If all those are in check & your platooning on gains, then AAS will be a lot more beneficial. But it's all about learning here so keep it up!! +1

Yes I always lift to failure. Sorta of a lone wolf when it comes having a gym partner. Do what I can by myself. I am really self taught on what I do know about diet, workout, and aas

I see some results, but I would seriously get your diet and training nailed down before you run another cycle. If you aren't going balls to the walls with diet and training then why even risk running gear bro. Just my .02
