found a show pic that i was able to put up, sorry for the crappy quality. it was an awesome experience, probably could have hit just a bit better conditioning. gh definitely helping to tighten my once stretched stomach, still got some of that ugly loose stuff at the bottom.

Thanks man! I've found that after I cut down even if I gain a bit of fat now it's so easy to cut it right off. Def better building off a clean base
