I am just running test @ 500mg every week micro dosing last week finished up 4 weeks of super drol
I am not trying to get big just work n with what I have and turn it into solid foundation
I have went from 225 to 200 went from a 38 waist tight to a comfortable 34 waist. I have good eating habits for me its calories in calories out I don't focus so much on macros..

Bet it feels good knocking that waist down. I highly recommend that you start paying attention to macros. Those are your building blocks and just manipulating ratios even with the same calorie count will have a big effect on your physique.
