Since I've gotten serious again about my shape I'm having a minor crisis. I had a surgery in which I was opened up with an incision that goes a third of the way around my body from my left pelvis to my back floating rib. This is a lot like a secession scare but there's a fat tissue layer that remains on that incision line. When I drop below 20% the fat actually sticks out but just one that line. So if I'm wearing shirt and the wind blows it look likeI carrying a spare tire i.e. male front butt, but it's this damn incision area. I understand body fat is supposed to drop equally through the body and spot reduction is not valid, but how can this fat remain and be pronounced if the rest of the fat is being lost?

I wold appreciate any help especially if you've dealt with something similar.
