Fall/Winter bulk from Pure Anabolics. Going to do 6 weeks of Anadrol (Saturdays & Sundays off). 25mg under the tongue before breakfast and another 25mg under the tongue before dinner or 1 hour before on gym days. 750mg Test E per week (250mg every M-W-F) Will take 2 or 3 weeks off the Anadrol and do that 1 or 2 more times before I start my Spring cut.

Up 5 pounds after week 1. Arms & pecs are full. 45 plates feel like frisbees. Eating every 2 hours and drinking a gallon of water per day.

I love the simplicity of this lol. Do you track your food intake? If so, what’s that like as far as macros and calories?
Yes I have a spreadsheet. 4,500 calories. 300g protein (steak, ground beef/bison, shrimp, salmon, chicken, Redcon1 MRE) 135g fat (peanut butter, EVOO, avocados, greek yogurt, cottage cheese) 540g carbs (orange juice, rice, bagels, Kodiak oatmeal, Nutri Bio Super Carb powder) 34g fiber (chia seeds & the other stuff above) More weight & less reps in the gym. Emphasis on legs & back. Spring/Summer cut is the opposite. 220lbs today. Shooting for 250-260 without much water retention in February. Will have a decent amount of water retention until then, but same amount of weight.

I'll have to get some new pictures uploaded in a couple weeks. I never made it past 230. Hurricanes, vacation in Florida, too much partying, holidays, etc. Pretty much wasted all that gear since I didn't even go to the gym for like 4 or 5 months.
