I've always been a user of arimidex and never had any issues. If I take .5mg EOD my E2 is at 20 and if I take .5mg twice a week, my E2 is betwen 40-47(depending on my test dose) yea its on the higher end of normal but I still never had any sides or nipple related problems. Plus I prefer to have my estrogen being on the higher end of normal while on.

Now I Figured I would give exemestane a try since its supposedly superior to arimidex, according to some.
Being on exemestane (aromasin) I'm not sure how I feel. I have slightly puffy and somewhat barely tender nipples while my estrogen is at 37. Which is lower than where I have it while on Arimidex.

I'm taking 12.5mg, 12 hour split, daily. I kind of want to just blast these nipples and incorporate an additional 12.5mg pill daily to see if that'll take care of the puffiness and then drop it but I feel that'll definitely come at the cost of even lower E2 levels which I do not want and it'll just bring that puffiness back if I do drop it. Maybe just a kick more of 6.25mg added, will be that sweet spot?

I just find it strange to be this sensitive on aromasin while never having any of these issues being above 40 on arimidex. I almost want to add in nolvadex to see if that'll help but i'm not sure how these two interact with each other and again, I feel I shouldn't while on this suppose suicidal aromatase inhibitor.

I just don't like the dancing around I been doing with aromasin, meaning, messing with different dosages to get where i'm at and although i'm coming up normal. my nipples say otherwise haha. I might hop on an additional 6.25mg daily and see how I feel. If no difference in a week, then Im dropping this stuff and hopping on arimidex. More straight forward and cheaper.

And this goes to show how everyone interacts differently to the same drug, which is why bloodwork is highly encouraged and really the only way to go about things.
