Well personally my favorite workouts for my traps are dumbell shrugs and my Most Favorite is going to the standing calf raise machine and doing my shrugs on it.
yeah good stuff mate. That has been one of my staple exercises for traps for a very long time. I too have had some strange looks from people. I actually had a guy come and tell me to drop the weight and I might be able to do the calf raise properly. hahaha that

If i worked out at golds they have special machines for your traps but i dont like it there. Its like a club with girls walking around with there thongs on backwards lol, i go to club fitness for $10 a month
